Total Loan to Value / Cost not to exceed 85-90% (case by case), including Mezzanine or Preferred Equity piece with a Minimum combined DSCR of 1.1x

1-10 Year Terms with 25-30 Year Amortization, Fixed or Floating Rate Interest Only options with Spreads based on 10 Year Treasury, 30 day LIBOR or Prime as requested. Both CMBS and Portfolio loan placements provided.

Minimum Loan Size $ 25,000,000 and up unless part of a larger Portfolio. Large deal sizes preferred.
