  • Spreads based on 10 Year Treasury, 30 day LIBOR or Prime
  • CMBS and On-Book loan placements provided
  • Preferred Equity and Mezzanine sizes must meet minimum requirement unless combined with a First Mortgage

Minimum Loan Size $ 10,000,000 and up unless part of a larger Portfolio. Large deal sizes preferred.
