  • Maximum LTV not to exceed 90% of New Capitalization
  • Spread based on 30 day LIBOR or Prime
  • Interest only first two years with 25 Year Amortization thereafter
  • Non-Recourse
  • High LTV First Mortgage not exceeding 85% LTV (case by case)

Minimum Loan Size $ 15,000,000 and up. Large deal sizes preferred.
