Total Loan to Value / Cost not to exceed 90% (case by case), including Mezzanine or Preferred Equity piece with a Minimum combined DSCR of 1.1x 1-10 Year Terms with 25-30 Year Amortization, Fixed or Floating Interest Only options and Additional Drawdowns for future expansion. Both CMBS and Portfolio loan placements provided. Spreads based on 10 Year Treasury, 30 day LIBOR or Prime as requested. Minimum Loan Size $ 10,000,000 and up unless part of a larger Portfolio. Large deal sizes preferred.
